Crash replacement programme

All our customers can purchase a new rim at a reduced price if they damage their rim in any way. The crash replacement programme applies only to the rim itself and does not cover hubs, spokes, nipples, tyres or other components.

For two years from the date of purchase, we offer a 50% discount on the online price of a new rim and the labour.

If you have the rim rebuilt by our workshop, you pay CZK 1,000 for rebuilding one rim, plus the applicable price of new nipples and tubeless tape, depending on their type. In some cases, we may also recommend replacing the spokes; we will discuss this with you in advance.

If we have the same or a similar rim in stock, we can replace it immediately. If the rim needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, this may take several weeks. We will inform you of the delivery time in advance and agree on the procedure with you.
