The basis of the spokes are the A29C30D20 UL carbon rims, the lightest MTB rims with an internal width of 30 mm on offer. The low 20 mm profile brings pleasant flexibility, while the construction made of premium carbon fibers offers an exceptional weight-to-stiffness ratio. The result is instant acceleration, precise control in corners and sensitive response even in demanding XC passages.
The power transfer and smooth operation are provided by the EIE EM 285 MTB hubs, inspired by the proven DT Swiss 350. Their ratchet system and straightpull spoke attachment ensure stiffness and reliability even in extreme use.
The spokes are built with the legendary Sapim CX-Ray, the lightest and strongest steel spokes on the market, which not only bring lower weight, but also better aerodynamics. Completed with Sapim Double Square Secure Lock aluminum nipples, they guarantee maximum spoke stability even during aggressive riding.
Each set is ready for tubeless use – with tape applied and valves installed.
With a total weight of only 1,181 grams, this is an exceptionally light, precision-built racing set that will transform your power into speed. The perfect choice for XC races, marathons and all cycling „greyhounds“ who want to be one step ahead.
These are the lightest MTB rims in our range with an internal width of 30 mm. Thanks to the low profile height of 20 mm, this rim is slightly „flexible“ and therefore relatively durable. If you want to build top-level lightweight carbon wheels with excellent riding characteristics, this is the rim for you! However, please observe the weight limit and note the slightly lower overall durability.
The Ultra Light (UL) rims are designed for cyclists who want to save as much weight as possible without compromising strength and performance. Thanks to the use of premium carbon fibres and innovative manufacturing technologies, these rims are extremely light and ideal for racing on flat and hilly courses. They are the perfect choice for road races, time trials and mountain stages. This version of the rims has a weight limit of 90 kg.
