The legendary DT Swiss 240 EXP hubs, which are among the absolute best in their class, provide instant engagement and precise power transfer. The new generation of the engagement mechanism guarantees lower weight, higher stiffness and even smoother operation.
The spokes are made of Sapim CX-Ray – the lightest and strongest spokes on the market, which not only bring low weight, but also excellent aerodynamics and long service life. Combined with Sapim Double Square Secure Lock aluminum nipples, the result is an extremely precise, stiff and durable spoke.
Each pair of wheels is hand-braided with an emphasis on precision and quality and comes with tubeless tape and valves, ready to ride.

This rim stands out with its excellent strength-to-weight ratio, and in the SL version it is one of our best-selling MTB rims. In 2025, the rim received an innovative shape, with the main improvement being the bead, which was widened from 3 mm to 3.5 mm. This makes the rim highly durable while maintaining a low weight. Thanks to its low profile of 20 mm, the rim is also slightly „flexible“, which ultimately contributes to its durability.
Rims in the Super Light (SL) version combine low weight with high strength, making them a universal choice for demanding cyclists. Thanks to their optimized design, they offer an improved weight-to-stiffness ratio, enhancing performance when climbing and accelerating. They are an excellent choice for both sport and recreational riding. Rims in this version have a weight limit of 100 kg.

Thanks to this, two original components have been removed. The middle bearing has been moved further to the sides, increasing stiffness, reducing weight and extending the engagement life! Of course, there are lightweight EXP ALU rotors and the possibility of converting to other dimensions for mounting in forks and frames. DT 240s hubs are available for both classic spokes with a bent head and for spokes with a straight Straightpull head! Available in DBIS or Centerlock, only the LEFTY front forks version is available in DBIS only!
