The ALU hub body is maximally lightened, the steel industrial bearings used are of the highest quality! Just like the DT 180 EXP series, these hubs have a new gear engagement, where one in the hub body is already fixed and the other is pressed against it by a spring! Thanks to this, two original components have been removed. The center bearing has been moved further to the sides, increasing stiffness, reducing weight and extending the engagement life! Of course, there are lightweight EXP ALU rotors and the possibility of converting to other dimensions for mounting in forks and frames. DT 240s hubs are available for both classic spokes with a bent head and for straight-pull spokes! They are available in DBIS or Centerlock, only the version for LEFTY front forks is available in DBIS only!
